Orders are being shipped out the next business day.  A2ZHealthStore.Com is shipping all orders via UPS and we are not able to deliver to a post office box.

Returns and Exchanges Policies:

A2ZHealthStore.com wants you to be satisfied with your order.  We will accept returns within 30 days as long as the item is in new condition, unused and in its original packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns items are shipped on purchaser expense and we will not accept CODs.   

The following items are not returnable:

Creams, lotions, oils, custom-order products, disposable undergarments, washed                                        linens, worn clothing, books and CDs.

To return an item, please call our Customer Service Number at 1-888-991-1212 to receive an authorization number.    This number should be attached to the product you are returning. You must give us your name, address, order number and reason for return.  Returns should be shipped to:

Defective Products:

Although, A2Zhealthstore.com carries fine quality products, in rare instances you may receive a product that is not working properly or received damaged.  You must contact our customer representative at 1-888-991-1212 within 30 days you received your item and we will be glad to assist you.

All products are subject to availability.  You will be notifies for products that are temporarily out of stock. All pricing in our website are subject to change without prior notice.
